"This ended up costing more, and I’m taking it further"
I signed up thinking this would actually save me money, but the final cost was higher than what was advertised. That’s really frustrating, especially when the whole point was to cut costs. I’ve already reached out for an explanation, and if this doesn’t get resolved, I’ll be escalating the complaint because this isn’t what was promised.

"Took a while, but they fixed it"
Support did get it sorted in the end, so I’ll give them that. But i was waiting way longer than I expected, and it got frustrating after a while...

"Monthly cost is just too high"
Wanted to give it a try, but the monthly payment is more than I can afford. Feels like there isn’t much thought given to people on tighter budgets

"The whole thing didn’t feel personal at all..."
The whole thing didn’t feel personal at all. I was hoping for a debt plan that actually matched my situation, but it felt like they just gave me some generic template and expected me to be fine with it. It was frustrating because I’m already stressed enough, and it kind of felt like no one really listened to what I was dealing with.

"I didn’t see much of a…"
I didn’t see much of a difference after using it. I kept waiting for some kind of noticeable improvement, but it felt pretty much the same as before. Also, I’m not totally convinced there aren’t extra fees tucked in somewhere, because the pricing didn’t feel as straightforward as I expected. Overall, not something I’d rush to recommend.

"Creditor deals were kind of a joke"
I signed up thinking they’d actually negotiate my debt down in a way that made sense, but the whole thing felt weak. It dragged on for months, and the offers they came back with weren’t much better than what I probably could’ve gotten myself if I’d just picked up the phone.
One creditor basically didn’t move at all, and another settlement still had enough fees tacked on that the “savings” felt like a damn joke. I kept waiting for solid updates, but most of the time I had to chase them down, which got old fast.
Maybe this works great for some people, but for me it was a letdown. The negotiation results were crappy, the communication wasn’t great, and I definitely wouldn’t use them again

"The status updates were confusing"
I had a frustrating time trying to figure out what was happening with my account. The updates were so vague that I couldn’t tell what step I was on, what had already been done, or what I was supposed to do next.

I kept checking back hoping it would be clearer, but it felt like I was just going through too many steps with the same unclear info each time. Maybe the process makes sense on their end, but as a customer it was confusing and not a great experience.

"Not the kind of service I expected"
I went in expecting basic courtesy and professionalism, but the staff came across as rude and unprofessional to me. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but it still wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

"I was really hoping this would…"
I was really hoping this would help me feel a little calmer, but i didn’t notice any difference at all. My stress felt exactly the same, which was disappointing. Feels like a preventable waste of time if it just isn’t going to do what it claims.

"Canceling Felt Like a Whole Mission"
Trying to cancel this service was ridiculous. I swear I had to go on a full treasure hunt just to find where to do it, and even then it was still confusing for no reason. I reached out to support, but their reply barely helped, so that just made it even more frustrating. I can’t stand when services make it feel like you need a secret code to leave. Definitely not signing up again.

"Great first impression, but the eligibility result was wrong"
My first impression was actually positive because it told me I qualified right away. But then after going through the process, I was told I didn’t qualify after all. That was really frustrating and felt like a waste of time.

"They did a decent job explaining..."
They did a decent job explaining my options, and at first I thought it was going to make a bigger difference, but my debt didn’t really go down much. The whole process took longer than I expected, and I guess it helped somewhat, actually, I still kind of feel stuck.

"Customer service was surprisingly hard to get ahold of"
I expected it to be easier to reach someone, but customer service was kind of a struggle. I tried getting help and it felt like I was being left hanging longer than I should’ve been. Maybe they were busy, but it still came across like customers aren’t really a top priority.

"Didn’t Really Get the Help I Needed"
I had a call with an advisor, it wasn’t great. They seemed unsure about some basic things, and I kept getting vague answers instead of anything clear. I even had to repeat the same questions a couple of times, which got frustrating. By the end of the call, I didn’t feel like I had any real next steps or useful info. It just felt like a waste of time.

"The timeline was an absolute mess"
The timeline they gave me was so off it was almost impressive. The dates kept shifting around like nobody had any idea what was going on, and I had to keep chasing them just to get basic updates. When you're trying to plan your life around something, that gets frustrating fast. I felt like I needed a detective board with red string just to figure out what was happening.

"Started Interested, Backed Out Fast"
I started signing up thinking, okay, this seems straightforward. Then I hit the privacy stuff and my mood changed real quick. The wording felt vague, and they were asking for more data than I was comfortable handing over. I tried looking around for clear info on security, but couldn’t really find anything that made me feel better. So yeah, I just backed out. Not really for me.

"Not very helpful"
Felt rushed. My main questions weren’t really answered. Not worth it.

"Payment kept failing and the help felt scripted"
I tried to pay three separate times and it either froze on me or threw an error. Support didn’t really do much besides give me the usual polished-sounding responses, which just made me trust it less. I still had to go check my bank afterward to make sure nothing weird went through. Really annoying experience and I wouldn’t call it reliable

"Not really worth it for me"
I gave Lets Ascend a try because I was hoping it would feel useful enough to justify the cost, but umm, it just didn’t really land that way for me. For what you actually get, it felt overpriced, and nothing stood out as something I’d be excited to keep paying for.

Maybe it’s a better fit for other people, but personally I didn’t feel like the value was there. I wouldn’t pay for it again.

"I’m disappointed. I wanted this…"
I’m disappointed. I wanted this to be a good experience, but it ended up feeling like I had no choice but to be patient and just wait things out, which is frustrating. I don’t mind giving a company a chance, but being forced to stay calm while things aren’t improving is annoying. I really hope they take the feedback seriously and make things better.
